Wayne and Ruth Kuhns
Wayne Kuhns serves as the Director of Spring of Hope Prayer Counseling Ministries in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; where he and his wife Ruth are prayer counselors. Wayne became an ordained Pastor in 1992 and together they have served on Pastoral Leadership teams beginning in 1969. They are graduates of the Basic and Advanced Elijah House training. They have completed the Basic Theophostic training.Wayne earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Master's Degree in Christian Counseling with an emphasis in family and teaching from Midwest Seminary, and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from International Seminary of Bible Theology. He is a trained behavioral consultant through the Institute for Motivational Living in New Castle, PA. Wayne has been teaching Elijah House training schools for Prayer Counseling Ministry since 2001 and has developed and taught programs for couples, families, and leadership. He has taught extensively on Inner Healing, the Father's Love and the development of healthy relationships, first with the Heavenly Father and then to love your neighbor as yourself. Wayne have traveled and taught Inner Healing and the Father's Love message in Canada, China, Ghana, Guatemala and The Philippines.
Ruth’s passion is to see people come into an understanding and revelation that God is their healer; and to see them come into wholeness so they can fulfill their God-given purpose and destiny.
Wayne and Ruth live in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and are the parents of three adult sons and grandparents of five precious grandchildren.Rhoda Lehman
Rhoda Lehman is our prayer minister who typically works with children (ages 12 years and younger) and their parents to bring wholeness. Healing happens within famiies. She has been a Prayer Minister with Spring of Hope Ministries in Waynesboro, PA since 2002. Her training has been through Elijah House Schools and Advanced Elijah House along with mentoring by Wayne and Ruth Kuhns. She is widely read and has attended workshops that are pertinent to her ministry including "Play Therapy and & Beyond" with Paul White, and "Post Attachment & Trauma multi-family Camp" with Bryan Post. Rhoda is married to Daryl Lehman. Having parented three children, they are now enjoying this chapter of their life with nine grandchildren. Their experience with an adopted daughter has played a big part in her focus of ministry. Her heart is to see children and parents freed to reflect God’s heart of love to the world. Mid Ebersole
Mid is a graduate of Elijah House School and Advanced Elijah House Training, and counsels with adult women. She loves to see transformation and healing take place in these ladies as they learn to know their true value and can utilize that truth in their daily lives and situations. Along with her training, her life experiences as a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother have given her hands on wisdom. Mid and her husband Ralph live near Chambersburg, and they are the parents of five adult children.Effielow Fleagle
Effielow is a graduate of the Elijah House schools and attends World Harvest Outreach church. She continues her education by attending various seminars and workshops. Effielow counsels children, women, as well as couples.Effileow and her husband Ron reside in Chambersburg, PA.Wyatt Rebuck
Wyatt is a graduate of the Elijah House schools. He has also completed training with the Institute for Biblical Counseling. His training includes marriage, family and maturity issues.Wyatt counsels male teenagers, men, as well as couples. His passion is to see people break free from strongholds that prevent them from experiencing and walking out God's destiny and purpose for their lives. He has a heart to see relationships restored.Wyatt resides in Ft. Loudon, PA with his wife Joanne and their 2 children.Richard & Shirley Wetzel
Shirley and Richard are alumni of The Embracing Life training seminars of Spring of Hope as well as having completed courses under Thom Gardner at Grace and Truth Fellowship, a Prayer Healing Ministry, and completing the series of seminars under the Francis McNutt Healing Ministry. They currently attend World Harvest Outreach (WHO) in Chambersburg, and reside in the Chambersburg area. Their prayer counseling ministry is directed to women (Shirley), and men (Richard) and together to couples. They continue their ministry education thru other training seminars as required by Spring of Hope Ministries.Joan and Frank Disbrow
Joan and Frank are alumni of the Embracing Life training seminars of Spring of Hope and of courses teaching physical and emotional healing under Thom Gardner of Grace and Truth Fellowship and under Francis McNutt. Frank and Joan work together with couples. Joan also counsels with women and Frank counsels with men. They live in Chambersburg, PA and attend World Harvest Outreach. They have 2 adult sons and 5 grandchildren.Our Board Members:
